Glimpse the fourth dimension with these hyperoctahedron earrings from our 4D Collection. Just as the octahedron is created by placing a pair of points above and below a square and connecting them to all the square’s corners, the hyperoctahedron is created by placing a pair of points “above” and “below” the octahedron in the fourth dimension and connecting them to all the octahedron’s corners.
In these three-dimensional earrings, those two points appear inside the octahedron. These earrings were designed in a computer using mathematical software and then brought to life using 3D printing technology.
Pairs well with a hypersimplex or hypercube necklace.
Our Nylon jewelry is created through a laser sintering process in which the model is fused together one layer at a time from white nylon powder. The jewelry is then dyed to give it its final color.
Nylon Earrings feature nickel-free surgical steel earwire. It can be upgraded to stirling silver earwire for an additional cost.
