Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You have 30 days from receipt of your jewelry to contact us to request a refund or exchange.

We accept returns on all unused, undamaged goods in their original packaging. Hanusa Design does not cover the expense of return shipping. Consider using a tracking service to make sure we receive it! Refunds will not be issued until goods are received to our headquarters and inspected to be in good condition. If you need to return your purchase, please contact sales@hanusadesign.com with your order number and reason for return.
