The tetrahedron is one of the most fundamental three-dimensional shapes, made up of four triangular faces, each attached to the others. An arrangement of five interlocking tetrahedra was found by Edmund Hess in 1876. These earrings are our variant of this intricate construction. If you follow the paths through the form, you will see that they visit the four corners of a perfect tetrahedron.
Also available as a necklace.
Our Nylon jewelry is created through a laser sintering process in which the model is fused together one layer at a time from white nylon powder. The jewelry is then dyed to give it its final color.
