Glimpse the fourth dimension with the hypersimplex necklace from our 4D Collection. Just as an equilateral triangle has three corners that are all connected to each other, and a regular tetrahedron has four corners that are all connected to each other, the hypersimplex has five corners that are all connected to each other. In the fourth dimension, the five vertices would all be the same distance apart, but that is not possible in three dimensions.
This pendant was designed in a computer using mathematical software and then brought to life using 3D printing technology.
Pairs well with a set of hypercube or hyperoctahedron earrings.
Our Metal jewelry is created through a lost-wax casting process. A mold of the object is 3D printed in high-resolution wax, a plaster mold is created around the wax, and the wax is replaced by molten metal. Brass and Bronze jewelry will patina over time.
